well , we can say it is the door to our most important body parts. if ur gut is having problem then it can also lead to problem in other body parts.
gut normally works for digestion. without proper digestion, there is shortage of supplements . it can lead to acidity, kidney stone, intestinal problem, other kidny problems.

A healthy gut contains healthy bacteria and immune cells that ward off infectious agents like bacteria, viruses and fungi. A healthy gut also communicates with the brain through nerves and hormones, which helps maintain general health and well-being
